-Vendor Lookup APIs: We use third-party APIs (macvendors.com, macvendorlookup.com, maclookup.app) to identify router/AP manufacturers from MAC addresses. These APIs may receive the first 3 octets of your router/APs MAC address (OUI - Organizationally Unique Identifier) to identify the manufacturer. This is not personally identifiable information.
-IP Geolocation APIs: We use third-party APIs (ip-api.com, ipify.org, ipapi.co) to determine your approximate location for speed check server selection. These APIs receive your public IP address to provide approximate geographic location (city/region level, not exact coordinates).
-Speed Check Servers: We use librespeed.org public servers to perform internet speed checks. These servers receive your public IP address and speed check traffic (download/upload data, ping, jitter, and packet loss) to measure your internet connection speed.
